Jessica Resler is a business founder and visionary who has practiced her craft of experiential for over fifteen years. Jessica has continually pushed boundaries and redefined what it means to create - working in many design and technical mediums. She’s worked with some of the world’s top brands while also building projects from zero to one.

For a decade, Jessica built The Participation Agency - a pioneer in long form experiential and then exited the company at peak pandemic - looking for something fun. She found it with the creation and execution of Sharks, a groundbreaking staff-free pool club. In a remarkably short span of 24 months, she successfully launched seven locations, amassing a devoted following of tens of thousands fans and enthusiasts - and then sourced the deal and sold the company.

Through her unparalleled tenacity, Jessica seamlessly applies her expertise across a range of mediums, including immersive and experiential design, graphic and content creation, art-driven environments, and emerging technologies. Her keen eye for design and her ability to conceptualize and execute ideas have set her apart as a pursuant of all that is excellence.

Now, with her maverick approach to business and an unwavering passion for original thinking, she is building an Experiential Entertainment Company - called BAND STUDIOS. As a trailblazer in shaping the future of immersive business and design - BAND will take on world’s stage projects focusing on impact, joy and as always - fun.
